Who is ready for the weekend? This chick! I've got a pool party and an IKEA date that I am super excited about. I have a new bedding and will be getting new throw pillows because of that (look out for an update). Of course, I will still be tidying up my last couple of posts about my Europe travels.

Also, noow I have two new favorite websites to shop from. They are called Casa and Amara. I will admit. I am now obsessed. Although, these might be used more for inspiration because pillows go for like $200 on both of the websites. Schoowee no can do bub. I'm on a purge. Speaking of purges, help me make some money to spend on my apartment by shopping at my Poshmark closet! No trades, but reasonable offers are allowed! And I'll bundle anything you like!

Lastly, I think I am in love. I have found the holy grails of Cat Lady items. There is a delivery box called CatLadyBox. They deliver cat themed items or even cat goods to your doorstep. I am in heaven. However, its around $30 a box. I haven't been able to afford a new throw pillow yet, so I don't think I can do it just yet. I will tell you that it is the top of my list of to-dos.

Have a great weekend everyone!

Ok I've been going nuts lately because I just discovered the amazingness that is throw pillow covers. I know. I am completely behind the times. So for the past couple of days I have been doing some major stalking on Etsy. I found some other things besides throw pillow though. Hope you like this week's post!

Last week I bought an IKEA desk and built it for my new office space. Now I'm in the mood to shop for it! All of these can work for your home desk or your office at work. And lets be honest, a couple of these can be used as Christmas gifts if you want to go ahead and start shopping.

Wire baskets are a great way to collect items that don't seem to fit anywhere else. I found some at Anthropolgie and the Container Store. If you want to choose a certain color, my recommendation is to buy some from the Dollar Store and use spray paint. It works wonders!

Another great way of organizing your desk is with some cute binder clips. Here are some from Anthropologie, Kate Spade, and Target. Or you can get some normal ones and use washi tape to decorate them!

Everyone needs some sort of desk pad. This one from Anthropologie comes with all of the fixins. It has sticky pads for quick notes, a weekly calendar to jot important things down, and of course a to-do list! Kate Spade also has a cute Telegram notepad and sticky note set that comes in pink or blue.

Lastly, everyone needs a desk calendar. Its a great way of decorating your desk and jotting important items down. These Travel The World and Cities calendars really inspire you to visit new places. If you want something a little more femine, this Les Femmes Desk Calendar or this Les Femmes Calendar are great choices for you. Lastly, for all of my coffee loving friends, here is a coffee-inspired calendar for you.

I hope you all have a great weekend

Hi Everyone! I hope you all have some great plans for this weekend. Mine will be spent unpacking... again. In addition, I will also be purging my closet! YAY!!!! All of the good stuff I will be posting on my Poshmark closet. If you would like to buy anything, please notify me! All of the funds I earn from there will be directed towards my new couch or maybe some of the cool gadgets I mention below:

If you have ever met me, I'm a super nerd and I scream it from the mountain tops. With this status comes a love of the stars. I recently found this Planetarium from Sega Toys. I don't really like the chocolate color, but I like the idea of having the Milky Way on your bedroom ceiling while you fall asleep. Or this could be a good gift for a kid, I guess...

I think this shirt epitomizes everything I love in life. Sleep and Pizza. That is definitely going on the Christmas Wish List.

Did you know that sleeping on your front can age you prematurely, cause breathing problems, and cause skin problems? Neither did I! They even have pillows that are designed to help you sleep on your back now. And in addition to helping you sleep, why not throw in a great humidifier?

So, as most of you know, I'm a consultant, and that means I travel A LOT for work (remember how I left the country from 8 months?). That means I have to leave my sweet kitty behind. Well guess what? Someone out there in this crazy world has felt my pain and created the PetCube. It lets you check in on your pet from your smartphone, talk to them, and even play with them using a laser pointer! Who doesn't like laser pointers?

And lastly, I really miss fresh macaroons from the bakery. Well now I can make them at home with this DIY Macaroon Kit! This maybe more of Christmas Wish List idea.

Do you have anything you would add to this list?

I hope you all have a great weekend!

I am slowly getting used to living in America again. I went to a grocery store this week and honestly, I bought too much because there was tons of food everywhere! I think I'm going to have to shop at Trader Joe's for a while until I can get used to American food stores again.

I've also been on the hunt for a new planner. In the past, I have used Lilly Pulitzer and Kate Spade. While both have been great, neither have really been what I need.

I have looked at May Designs, but I'm not really sure about them. It honestly has too many choices and I'm a little overwhelmed. I have also looked at FiloFax. They have this really cute Daisy pattern right now. However, I feel that I should make my own sheets for it, and I don't have time for that right now.

Anthropologie has a lot of cute agendas right now. I can go with a really girly one called Rosy Outlook. It has lots of flowers and it super cute. Or I can go with a more trendy one called Wise Words. It has a very simplistic theme and it comes in MINT (aka one of my favorite colors). Lastly, if I wanted a REALLY simplistic one, I can choose Mon Cahier.

I have also been seriously stalking Emily Ley and her Simplified Calendar. They come in Weekly or Daily versions. All of the calendars I have used before have been Weekly, but I didn't like how I could never put the events of the day in order. For example, I would book a 3 PM Doctor's Appt, but then a week later I would have to write a Noon Lunch Meeting. So nothing would ever been in order. I've taken a look at her sample pages and honestly I think her daily planner will work! She even includes a section on every day to plan dinner, which is really great for me. I will keep you all posted on what I decide. Do you guys have any suggestions for agendas?

Have a great weekend everyone!
